Beautifully ripened Bliss Vineyard block #6 Merlot was crushed then soaked for three days to extract soft chocolate/cherry flavors and generate a rose' blush. A fermentation was initiated followed by a quick pressing, blended with grape spirits and barreled in French oak for 10 months to produce this classic dessert wine.
