Commission-Based Online Sales 
For select winery partners only, VinterActive will drive online sales by collaborating with winery staff to build profitable email marketing relationships with tasting room visitors, wine club members and consumer prospects.

To provide this service, VinterActive will:
  1. Build a complete email marketing & ecommerce infrastructure customized for its winery partner using VinterActive's SecureWineShop & PreferencePro solutions.
  2. Plan, implement and measure results from monthly email marketing campaigns to client winery's club, retail customer & prospect lists.
  3. Train & support winery staff on all aspects of working with VinterActive systems.

To engage this service, VinterActive winery partners will:
  1. Collaborate on development of a 6-month marketing calendar consistent with planned tasting room and wine club sales objectives.
  2. Approve all product offers, pricing, copywriting, design & list selections prior to campaign launch.
  3. Integrate new VinterActive ecommerce system & email sign-up form(s) with existing winery website & customer lists.
Fees & Commissions
VinterActive will implement this service with no upfront fees and will be paid a commission based on online sales generated by VinterActive email campaigns.  Commissions will be charged only when a customer opens or clicks a VinterActive-generated email and subsequently makes a purchase from a VinterActive-hosted online store within 60-days.  Commissions owed to VinterActive will equal:

  • 15% of online revenue generated from retail sales at prices available to the general public; and
  • 7.5% of online revenue generated by sales at special wine club prices.

Data Privacy
VinterActive will use data collected for the sole purpose of marketing partner wines in accordance the VinterActive Service Agreement.  All other Terms & Conditions apply.
