2009 Chardonnay, Sonoma Valley
New Release!
Our 2009 Chardonnay was produced from a blend of grapes from the Collins vineyard in Carneros, Hobert Nelson’s steep, east facing vineyard on Sonoma Mountain, and our Estate vineyard. 2005 Victory, Reserve
New Release!
Wellington Vineyards only bottles a Reserve when we can make a blend which is markedly superior to any of our individual Cabernet or Merlot bottlings. 2005 is the sixth time in 17 years we decided to bottle Victory. 2005 was a spectacular year for us, from Chardonnay all the way through Port.

New Release! George and Abby Meeks purchased the historic Hilltop Ranch twenty years ago. The ranch had been the site of a pre-Prohibition winery, and still had a small block of ancient vines (a field blend) and a block of Chardonnay that was planted in the 1960’s. The Chardonnay was a small but important part of our Chardonnay blend from 1995 through 2003. George started developing unplanted areas and replanting the diseased old vines in 2000, with a cou...
